the Breaker Collective
We are The Breaker Collective — parents, families, and changemakers breaking the systems that don’t work for us.
Together, we’re building a community rooted in balance, belonging, and a better way to live and work.
Born from the break…
The Breaker Collective was born from a simple truth: the way we live and strive isn’t working — for women, for parents, or for families. We’re at a breaking point. The systems need to change.
So, we’re building physical spaces designed to make life feel lighter — places that bring together the services families need to ease the juggle and support mental wellbeing. From flexible childcare and co-working to wellbeing support, learning, and community connection, our clubhouses are built to help life flow more easily.
We’re creating environments that value rest as much as ambition, and community as much as success. Spaces where parents and families can pause, connect, and belong.
The Breaker Collective is about breaking away from what no longer serves us and building something that does — together. A community built to last, where balance isn’t a luxury, but a way of life.
What We’re Creating
Our vision is to create a new model for living and working — one built on balance, belonging, and shared care.
We believe the systems around us can be rebuilt to support life, not overwhelm it. By creating spaces and services that ease the juggle and nurture wellbeing, we’re building a foundation for families and communities to thrive.
The Breaker Collective is about rewriting what community looks like — moving from isolation to togetherness, from exhaustion to support, from temporary fixes to lasting change.
We’re not just imagining a better way forward — we’re building it, one space, one conversation, one connection at a time.
