Wellbeing Isn’t A Luxury - It’s Your Superpower!
Hello, Breaker Crew: Let’s redefine what healthy feels like- and what an introduction, Caroline! Thank you so much.
I’m absolutely thrilled to be joining The Breaker Crew, bringing with me my deep passion for wellbeing, longevity, and helping others live life to the fullest.
“Longevity is not about living forever, it’s about living well.”
love what I do.
My journey into the world of health and fitness wasn’t direct. I originally worked as a commercial interior designer while always maintaining a lifelong love for sport and movement. As a creative outlet and personal interest, on the encouragement of a friend, I qualified to teach Pilates and a variety of fitness classes, fitting them around my full-time job and teaching in the evenings for fun and my own fitness.
It wasn’t until after the birth of my second child, Dash, and being made redundant in the wake of the COVID-19 pandemic that I felt the timing was right to go all in. What started small in my local village hall with just a couple of classes has since grown into something I’m incredibly proud of. I now run ten classes a week in person and seasonal ‘resets’ online, supporting a wide range of people to move better, feel stronger, and gain confidence in their own bodies.
So what will my involvement at Breaker look like? Well, my mission is simple: to support you in becoming the healthiest, strongest, and most vibrant version of yourself, whatever your age or stage of life. Whether you’re chasing after little ones, keeping pace with teenagers, or enjoying time with your grandchildren, your mind and body deserve to feel energised, capable, and resilient.
“Change happens through movement, and movement heals.”
In a world where everything is moving quicker and quicker, it’s easy to put our own health and wellbeing further down on the list of priorities. But I believe we all have the power to make small, meaningful changes in our day-to-day lives that add up over time, not just to help us live longer, but to live better.
Through movement, mindful habits, and a focus on longevity, I’ll be sharing practical ways we can all support our bodies and minds to stay mobile, strong, and full of life. It’s not about chasing perfection; it’s about giving ourselves the best chance to enjoy the adventures that life continues to offer, and indeed to inspire ourselves to go and seek out those adventures!
I’m really looking forward to meeting you, working alongside Caroline and Gemma, and being part of a community that’s ready to invest in its health and happiness.
Here’s to feeling good, moving well, and making the most of every moment.
